Disco Bear is putting on a Santa costume when Hatchy crawls into a sack. Disco Bear grabs the sack, then drives his car, but he is followed by some dogs. During the chase, the sack lands on a train track and gets run over by a train for hours, then Eary comes, stomping on the sack. Later, Froggy comes. Disco Bear gives him a present. He pulls out some red paint, a doll, and some meat, but a dog takes it and he realizes that Hatchy was in another sack for the whole time.
After the credits, Hatchy sees a lightswitch, but Disco Bear opens the door and it kills Hatchy.
