Plot[]
Pierce takes a walk in the park to find someone to pick on. He sees Meaty, and approaches him. He hits Meaty to the ground and picks him up, but before he could hit him again, a tranquilizer dart hits him where the sun don't shine. Britton is the one who shot it, then Meaty and Britt carry him off.
Pierce is shown strapped to a table, still knocked out. Britton and Meaty engage in a conversation.
Pierce wakes up, then looks around. He looks at his feet, and Britt and Meaty appear, dressed as scientists wearing surgical masks. Britt and Meaty appear as if they're about to pull out scalpels, scaring Pierce half to death, however, they actually pull out feathers. Pierce looks at them and gulps. Britt and Meaty wiggle them on Pierce's feet, causing him to burst into laughter. Britt then takes out a toothbrush and tickles Pierce with it. Pierce is in hysterics, trying to cover his feet up, but failing.
Britt rubs some sort of meat on Pierce's feet. Pierce looks confused. Britt opens a cage, releasing his dog, Ginger. Ginger licks the meat off of Pierce's feet, causing him to laugh uncontrollably. Ginger also sniffs Pierce's feet sometimes, causing Pierce to go into a fit of giggles.
Britt brings Ginger back to her cage. Meaty proceeds to pour milk on Pierce's feet, which makes Pierce think of cats licking it off. Pierce is right. Britt releases two of his cats, Lucky and B.B. The cats lick Pierce's feet, causing him to laugh hysterically. By the time the cats are finished, Pierce passes out.

Injuries[]
- Meaty is punched by Pierce.
- Pierce is shot where the sun doesn't shine by a tranquilizer dart.
- Pierce passes out from laughing too much.

- This is one of the episodes where there are no deaths.
Listening closely, Meaty and Britt's conversation can be understood:
Meaty: "What should we do?"
Britt: "Maybe we can throw him in the ocean."
Meaty: "No, maybe something which would be slow."
Britt: "We can torture him."
Meaty: "What kind of torture?"
Britt: "Tickle torture."
Meaty: "...Let's do it!"
