Plot[]
Needle comes upon Thread at a clothing store. Tired of her using his wool without his consent, Thread decides to get even by shaving off many of Needle's quills with a pair of scissors on the cashier counter. After that he makes a quick retreat. Needle realizes she looks like a mess, but then sees Lammy with some white sweaters. She decides to purchase a sweater for herself.
Thread seeks refuge in a barbershop and tells the owner, Tuft, to dye his wool. Meanwhile, Needle searches for Thread, eventually going outside where a carnival has been set up. She sees a pink-wooled sheep and quickly assumes it is her quarry. It is actually Cotton enjoying his trademark favorite treat. He gets puzzled when he sees Needle taking a piece of his wool.
Stacy is at the carnival, bending over to pick up a coin. But she rips her pants in the process. Needle notices her problem and stitches it up using some of Cotton's wool. Stacy thanks her as she heads off. Nutty is seen at one of the booths trying to win a goldfish, unsuccessful. Needle walks past, leaving a trail of cotton candy wool, which quickly gets Nutty's attention. He begins slurping the strand of wool into his mouth.
Cotton's wool slowly starts to unravel to the point where he is left bald. On the other end of the trail, Stacy hops aboard a merry-go-round. Nutty is dragged along once it starts moving. He spins around several times before being tangled to one of the posts. Soon Stacy is yanked off her ride and spun around Nutty until he is squeezed and she is sent flying.
Needle is encountered by a disgruntled Cotton, blaming her for his loss. Stacy suddenly collides into them. The girls are killed while Cotton's eye is pierced by the cone of his cotton candy snack. He stumbles into a cotton candy machine and is grinded to death.
Thread now enters the carnival with his newly dyed wool. He goes to the machine and recieves cotton candy that is strangely red.

- This is the first episode where Thread survives while Needle dies.
