Icee is a fan character and the winner of Uhohspaghhetiohs' Vote or Die. He has an addiction to Icees, hence his name.
Appearance[]
Icee is a black penguin. He has a lazy eye with a rainbow colored iris. He is covered Icee residue and frost. He drinks any Icee or slushy drink. He has very few deaths in the series.

- He is based on the creator's old Club Penguin account and love for Icees.
- He is similar to Freezy due to their love of frosty drinks. Although Freezy is a typically nervous character, whereas Icee is crazy.
- He especially loves Coke Icees.
- In some episodes, the Icee residue on his body changes colors. Considering his frequent consumption, this is natural.
- He has a restraining order from the ICEE bear.
- He faces off against Spicy in Some Hate it Hot.
- Coincidentially, their names rhyme.
