Plot[]

A power plant leaks radioactive sludge into a nearby lake. In that same lake, Taily is working on his dream dam. The dam collapses due to its poor structure. Taily angrilly slaps his tail in the water, contaminating it with the sludge. Taily's tail glows green for a brief moment, then spins like a helicopter propeller, giving the Taily the ability to fly.

Taily reacts with a fear of heights, but quickly gets over it and has the time of his life flying through the air. He hears a cry for help and sees Candy stuck in a maple tree, trying to get some syrup. Taily manages to get the kitten down and return him to Soda. The Mole is seen piloting a helicopter with Gutsy and Laurie on board. He unknowingly flies past a burning building and sets the helicopter aflame. Taily arrives to the scene, attempting to catch Laurie, who jumps out. She ends up being shredded by his tail, and her quills are sent in various directions, impaling Soda and Candy below.

Gutsy jumps out of the helicopter as an opportunity for a skydiving stunt. The Mole looks out the window and falls out as well. The helicopter itself spirals to the ground as nobody is piloting it. The propellors slice off Taily's tail, leading him to also fall. Gutsy opens his paracute but ends up being sliced by the severed yet still spinning beaver tail.

Taily's wound is the least of his worries as he continues falling towards the ground. However, he lands in a puddle of radioactive sludge, saving his life. His whole body glows green and he thinks he will develop a new super power. Instead, he undergoes a painful and hideous mutation. His tail comes along and shreds him to bits.

Deaths[]

  1. Laurie is shredded by Taily's tail.
  2. Candy and Soda and impaled by Laurie's quills.
  3. The Mole falls to his death (debatable).
  4. Gutsy, and later Taily himself, are also shredded by the latter's tail.

Trivia[]

  • This episode is an obvious reference to the Sonic the Hedgehog character Miles "Tails" Prower.
  • Taily briefly passes by Splendid as he flies.
