In time, Leafy awakens to find herself in some sort of barn. She looks out a window to see the Ant Family herding a group of aphids into a pen. One of the ants enters the barn and places a bucket by Leafy's side, to her confusion. She looks at another aphid being milked and realizes what she is supposed to do.

The ant exits the barn with a fresh batch of honeydew sap that Leafy just secreted. Leafy herself is rewarded with grass. She seems to enjoy her meal, and only gets more and more pampering as days go by. Eventually, Leafy gets fat from her lifestyle. The ants send to into a truck with other aphids before driving them away. She is curious as to where they are headed.

They stop in front of a strange building and the aphids are led inside. As Leafy steps through the doors, she watches in horror to see her kind being chopped and grinded in what she now realizes is an aphid slaughterhouse. When the door shuts on her, and she finds herself on a conveyor belt which soon drops her into a machine. She then comes out of the machine as a green patty.

Later, Daddy Long Legs comes to the drive-thru window of a fast-food restaurant. He orders a burger and gives it to Kiddy-O in the back seat. His son proceeds to eat a meal consisting of a certain aphid on a bun. He also drinks a carton of honeydew sap with Leafy's photo on the side.
