Plot

Fungus is seen popping out of a pile of garbage, laughing in fun. He sees a rotten orange and puts it on his teeth so it looks like he's smiling. Lumpy, who was driving his garbage truck, dumps a huge pile of garbage on Tromp, who was digging for food next to him.

However, all of the garbage seems to be clean, disgusting Fungus greatly. He goes up to Lumpy to yell at him, but Lumpy accidentally runs over Fungus' foot. Fungus holds his foot and hops away, but he slips on a banana peel and falls face-first on a knife. Filthy, who was walking next to Loony, sees a piece of corn and grabs it. Loony then fights Filthy for it.
