Vanilla spends a winter day catching snowflakes with her tongue. One flake lands on her tongue, but she reacts with disgust and confusion to its taste.
It turns out that this white flake and dozens of others are actually coming from a nearby Flaky's quills, as they are being blown in the breeze. A snowflake lands on Flaky's nose, subsequently causing her to sneeze. All her quills get blown off her body and skewer Vanilla to a tree.
