Trick or Tweets is an episode in Specy Spooktacular VI. This episode introduces Nester, the online critic.
Plot[]
Title card.
Tweets puts the finishing touches on his haunted house attraction just in time for a guest to ring his doorbell. The guest reveals to be Nester, who is introduced to Tweets with a fake axe in his head. Rather than being scared, Nester merely laughs and takes a photo of him with his phone. Then he takes a selfie, causing Tweets to roll his eyes.
Tweets guides Nester through the house in hopes of giving him a scare. He opens a closet, unveiling several tissue ghosts hanging from strings. Nester only makes fun of it on his blog. A flash of thunder startles him and he finds that his tour guide has gone missing. What's more, he hears loud noises coming from the dining area. Arriving there, Nester discovers Tweets laying on the floor in what appears to be a pool of blood. However, it turns out to be ketchup as Nester dips his finger in it and licks it. He takes another photo of the ketchup-stained Tweets and turns it into a meme.
Deciding to pull out the big guns, Tweets brings Nester to his torture chamber, containing the mutilated remains of his past victims. Lifty and Shifty's heads are on spikes, Pierce is nailed to the wall, Jerky has arrows pierced all over his head and Nutty's disemboweled corpse is shown stuffed with candy. Against all logic, Nester dismisses everything as fake on his blog.
Tweets comes up with one more idea. He brings his guest into the bathroom, showing him a tub filled with eye balls. Nestor shakes his head in a condescending manner, when Tweets knocks his phone into the tub. Nestor finally displays true horror as he jumps in after his phone. But his phone short circuits and electrocutes him. As this goes on, Tweets dumps a toaster into the tub, increasing the pain. All this goes is displayed on Nestor's phone, gaining many likes.
A new group of guests consisting of Paws, Bastion and Tech are soon at Tweets' door. As Tweets takes them through his house, Tech comes across Nestor's remains in the tub. Assuming it as a decoration, she takes a photo with her phone.
Deaths[]
- Lifty, Shifty, Jerky, Pierce and Nutty were killed by Tweets prior to this episode.
- Nester is electrocuted to death.
