Uncivil Rights

Uncivil Rights is a fanon episode of HTF. In this episode, Lumpy tries to tame three ferals.

Having three wild men locked in a room is not a great idea.

Plot

In his backyard, Hedge trims his grass. He is lead back inside by the sound of a kettle, which sets off a nearby Zekey. Hedge goes back outside to find Wilson, Bongo and Zekey tearing up his garden. So he calls animal control and a van shows up. Lumpy captures all three beasts and sends them away.

Discovering the animals are actually feral people, Lumpy drives away from the pound and instead to an asylum. He gets Sniffles to lock them in a room. But a loud ruckus occurs as they fight for space, with an injured Sniffles crawling out the cell door. Sniffles trades jobs with Lumpy to get away from the ferals.

Upon entering the room, Lumpy blows a whistle, making the ferals pause. He then has a chalkboard and several desks installed, and begins a training session. Lumpy first teaches his "students" about manners, when Zekey blows a raspberry at him. Lumpy spritzes Zekey with water for misbehaving, which results in Zekey attacking him.

Zekey, Bongo, and Wilson end up being chained to prevent any other attacks. Lumpy tries thinking of a new way to train them, when nurse Giggles shows up. Bongo gets attracted to Giggles and, to her delight, kisses her hand. Lumpy gives Bongo his diploma before he happily exits. Wilson and Zekey also become infatuated with Giggles, but remain chained up because they are still uncivilized.

Meanwhile, the newly-formed Bongo walks down the street. Unfortunately, he sees Savaughn with a hot dog and quickly regains his feral instincts out of hunger. Mauling Savaughn, he runs off with the hot dog, angering him severely. Bongo returns to the asylum cell, where he kills Zekey for taking a bite out of his snack. Wilson breaks out of his chains and runs for Lumpy, only to die when a police car crashes through the wall. Savaughn blows his whistle, returning Bongo to his civilized state. Then he is attacked by Savaughn.

Lumpy begins a new training session, this time with Savaughn chained to a desk. Elsewhere, the civilized Bongo walks up to a stay dog and pats it. Sniffles, working for animal control, catches the animal in a net. Unfortunately, this has triggered Bongo to go back to his feral state, growling.

Moral

"You can't domesticate what's born to be wild."

Deaths

1. Zekey is torn apart by Bongo.
2. Wilson is hit by Savaughn's police car.
3. Sniffles may have been killed by Bongo offscreen (debatable).

Trivia

• This episode shows that Bongo is slightly more civilized than Zekey and Wilson.
• Psycho and Screwball were briefly seen in the asylum. 
• Lumpy seems more like a starring character.
